RB Escanlar

An undergraduate of several universities, RB Escanlar dabbled in BS Computer Engineering and BS Community Development at UP Diliman, then took AB English courses at Jose Rizal College and at Trinity College of Quezon City. He then tried journalism, working as a freelance features writer for the Manila Bulletin and then as a news correspondent with the Manila Times. He subsequently worked as a junior editor for a daily electronic newspaper for ocean-going vessels. His last journalism stint was as a reporter for alternative media outfit Bulatlat.com. He last worked as an operations supervisor at a design agency servicing overseas clients.
