T annual report will provide you with an This ov overview of the governance and operational aactivities over the 2009/2010 year. This pperiod can be best characterised as being one of growth and change. During this period a nnumber of significant settlement assets were re received, new entities with new governance st structures were developed and implemented, nnew boards and chairs were elected and a nnew CEO appointed, the key priority for this ye year was to bed down the infrastructural fr framework of the organisation to provide a st strong platform from which to launch our as aspiration and development. By taking some ti time today to ensure our structures are ssound and appropriate we will ensure that w we are adequately prepared to meet the ex exciting new challenges that lay ahead of us.
