A COMPLETE WEDDING SERVICE If you want more, we offer a full planning service. With you as the inspiration, we can crystalise your vision & deliver all you need for a flawless day. Our calligraphers can pen your elegant invites, our perfumers blend aromas to create a fragrant garden & our entertainers can bring the house down with unforgettable performances. Before you say “I do...” “...take Rare as my wedding caterer” we want to make the wedmin clear.
1 Love at first sight Get in touch with us via the website or over the phone. If you give us an initial idea of what you need, we can give you a quick overview of some of the possibilities we could offer & ball park figures.
2 WE PROPOSE TO YOU If you like what you hear, we can spend some more time, face to face or over the phone, taking a full brief from you. We talk through your vision for the day including likes & dislikes. We then provide bespoke menus, firmer costs & some initial creative ideas.
3 THE ENGAGEMENT We know we might not nail everything first time, so tweaks to your menu or budget can be made at this stage & now’s the time to make the commitment to going ahead with us. A booking deposit secures your date in the diary.
4 A TASTE OF THINGS TO COME One of the best parts of planning your wedding is your tasting. We play host to you at Rare Towers & lavish you with our full attention in our private dining room. We explore your options & finalise what you’d like on the day.
5 THE WEDDING PLANNER If you appoint us as full planners, we will arrange presentations & regular meetings, working with you & all your suppliers to realize your dream day.
6 THE PRE – NUP Usually around 1 month prior, we arrange a schedule meeting where we go through whole day in detail. We’ll help with table plans & ensure there are no loose ends.
7 THE BIG DAY You get married. We play our part in orchestrating the catering, making sure that we remain on time with the food & logistics & in synch with all the other suppliers at your event. We are here for you and your guests and nothing is too much trouble.You & your crew can relax and enjoy your day, safe in the knowledge that we have everything covered.
8 HAPPY EVER AFTER Once we have had time to reflect & all the post event admin has been covered we always get in touch to chat things through to see if we can improve our service for the future.
