We receive URL’s of properties as advertised on estate agents’ websites from two sources:
We check that the URL contains all the relevant data before we carry out our desktop rating.
1. Buyers who want a quality and investment rating of any London property
We call agents to ask for any missing data.
2. Agents who want to include a London property in our weekly TOP100 rankings

Buyers
Our analysts receive property URL’s on a daily basis. They answer over 60 questions on each property and test it against British Housing Quality Standards and typical investment data of comparable properties in the same area. Each property is analysed again by a second analyst and the results for each property are compiled in a 4 page quality & investment report.
If the property URL was submitted by a buyer, we will email the report to the client within 24 hours.
Our ranking engine combines the investment & quality scores for each of the properties submitted by the agents.

The TOP 100 rankings of properties submitted by agents are published on Wednesday mornings.
If the property URL was submitted by an agent, the scores and data of our rating will be passed to our ranking engine.
