Welcome to the Spring issue!

TRING SPRING 2021
fter a long winter we are all looking forward to brighter days ahead this spring. As we go to press, we are still in lockdown 3. But hopefully, by the time you read this, those measures will have eased as the vaccinations continue. Whatever is going on in your life right now, there are some constants - teenagers always grow up, and always want independence, so we have some great tips to help them as they venture out. Gardens will burst into life in spring whether we are in lockdown or not, so we look at growing veg that both looks and tastes good. Many of us will continue to try to keep fit and healthy, and after a long winter lockdown, we’ve come up with some quick and simple healthy habits that should get you moving in the right direction. And if you’re hoping to move house, we have some expert
advice for anyone wanting to get on the property ladder. We do have something new for you too - a crossword by Ian Bateman, based around local place names. We hope you like it, do let us know what you think! As always, the magazine includes local news, events (where possible) and features. We love to hear from local people, groups, schools and organisations, so please email Naomi at editorial@livingmags.info. Also, remember it’s the first digital Census day on March 21! We hope this issue finds you safe and well and wish you happy reading.
