This home was built in 2008 and offers a new addition completed in 2017 with a total living space of 2,460 square feet. There are three bedrooms with walk-in closets, and one and three-fourths bathrooms, both fully remodeled in 2019. The first living room has a propane fireplace with spectacular views of the valley, and the second has a very efficient pellet stove. Bosch appliances and Silestone counters complement this spacious, well-lit kitchen. An air conditioning unit cools this home and has thermopane windows throughout the house, along with vaulted ceilings.

The two-car attached garage has a vaulted ceiling with insulated, finished walls allowing easy conversion of the additional 795 square feet to living space. A concrete apron in front of the garage and two 8-foot X 45-foot covered concrete patios give the home a clean, complete build.

Other improvements at the West homesite include a 14-foot X 32-foot three-sided horse shed complete with Miraco self-water tanks and an electrical underground thermo-tube for winter thermostat control.
