Activity Sign Up Procedures Field Trips
Register online and in advance for activities by clicking HERE! No need to arrive early or wait in line again!
Create an account on our registration website and sign each child up in advance for the activities you wish for them to attend.

Online registration for each activity closes by Midnight on the evening prior to the scheduled activity date.
On the day of the activity, arrive at least 1 HOUR prior to the activity start time to check in.
All available activity spots that are not sold in advance will be available for purchase in person at RWYC.
Some activities require the completion of an additional waiver which may be found in the description of each activity, along with any other needed items.
Credit Card payment is required for online registrations while day of registrations can be paid with credit card, cash, or check.
Day of registrations will close when activity registrations are full or 30 minutes prior to the departure of the activity.
Register for our Sports Camps at www.rwycsports.org. Sport Camp registrations are open to the public. Day of registration for sport camps will occur at RWYC as space permits.
