Early Registration (April 3-16)
Full Summer - $840
Early Registration is for members who need care for all three summer months. This registration option provides a savings of $55 compared to paying monthly.
Open Registration (Begins April 17)
June - $380 - July - $315 - August - $200
Open Registration is for members who would like to register for any combination of months, or use this option to pay by the month.
5-Day Pass (Based on availability beginning May 30) $125
A 5-Day Pass is for members who wish to attend on any 5 days throughout the summer. The 5 day pass can be used in consecutive, or nonconsecutive days. Multiple 5-Day Passes must be purchased with the RWYC Office.

Ralph Wilson Youth Club offers a snack bar at lunch and each afternoon where members may purchase items. An account with snack bar credit may be established for each member to use so that they do not have to carry cash.

These offsite activities are an added cost and are optional. Plenty of other fun activities are free of charge and occur on site at the RWYC facility every day, such as arts and crafts, athletic tournaments, video game competitions and learning activities.
Activity Registration Procedures
Select the “Activity Registration” Button on the home page of rwyckids.org. Select “Enroll” on the Summer Term Field Trips/Activities section. Create an account on our registration website and sign each child up in advance for the activities you wish for them to attend.
Online registration for each activity closes by midnight on the evening prior to the scheduled activity date.
Credit Card payment is required for online registrations.
On the day of the activity, arrive at least 1 HOUR prior to the activity start time to check in.
Some activities require the completion of an additional waiver which may be found in the description of each activity, along with any other needed items.
