Enjoy the great outdoors while increasing your cardiovascular system and sculpting lean muscle. We use the natural environment to shape up! This class requires you to bring a set of hand weights, a mat or beach towel, and water.

Classes offered year-round @ Rock Creek Tuesday & Thursday 5:45-6:45pm

• Monthly sessions offered year-round • $60/month (pay by the 5th of each month to avoid $12 late fee) • Receive a 15% discount by paying for 3+ months in advance ALL participants MUST complete a medical history form prior to participating. Forms are available on location at first day of class, at Rock Creek main office,

and online. Please pre-register through Faithfully Fit via phone or email prior to attending class. Sessions not reaching the minimum of 8 participants by the designated registration deadline are subject to cancellation.

KIDS YOGA

A NAKF instructor will provide an amazing curriculum designed to motivate children to be active, build confidence, and manage the spectrum of emotions that they experience in their day‐to-day activities.

TAI CHI

Instructor: Sifu Kenneth Jones Phone: 678-824-2446 Email: tccnga@gmail.com Website: www.tccnga.com You will learn the individual movements of Tai Chi Chuan and learn to flow each posture into the next without pause; ensuring that your body is in constant motion. You will get the health benefits from learning proper body structure and movement. You will also be shown the martial aspects of the movements so that they may contain more meaning in your personal practice.

*Beginners may attend classes for 1 month for an introductory rate of $40.

• Fee: $60 per month (family discounts available) Cash and check accepted Monthly fee includes all Monday & Wednesday classes for the month. Completed registration forms and first payment due at beginning of first class each month. Participants should wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing, bring a bottle of drinking water, and a towel. • Up to 5 members per membership (must reside in the same household • $25 resident / $65 non-resident for 3-month membership • Open Monday thru Saturday 8:00AM-9:00PM / Sunday 1:00-9:00PM Under 16 years of old must be accompanied by parent/guardian • 9 pieces of equipment:

• 3 treadmills • 2 ellipticals • recumbent bike • abs/torso/back machine • multi-functional trainer • chest press machine • leg extension/curl machine Weight Room memberships may be purchased year-round at the main office at Rock Creek Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM. Online registration is also available at www.dawsoncounty.org. For online registrations, the membership card will be available to pick up at the front desk at Rock Creek on the next business day after the online transaction is complete.

Minimum: 3 participants / Maximum: 25 participants. If the minimum requirement is not met, class is subject to cancellation. Full refunds will be issued for cancelled sessions.

The Blend

A great mix of Cardio, Hand Weights and Relaxation! The Blend is a whole body workout on the lighter side. From pushups to low lunges with weights, crunches to squats and a lot in between. Attendees start with pushups on their knees to full plank pushups in a very short time.

• Tuesdays • 7:00-8:10pm • $6 per class Yoga Stretch, Build, Relax

Every class starts with relaxing, breathing and slow warming moves and eases into Sun Salutations. Gradually increasing movement, we begin to lengthen and build each muscle group, using just our body weight and our breath. Coming back down to restore the body to lengthen, stretch and balance. Finally refocusing our minds and bringing us back to center, we end in Final Relaxation with soothing, calming music as the instructor leads you peacefully into relaxing the mind and body.
