The five-course menu was always a surprise,” says Thor who counted David Bowie, Vivienne Westwood and Jean Paul Gaultier among his guests. So, what’s on the menu after the Small Bites? “Anything you would never think about,” says Thor. The surprises of the evening included a delicious array of curries and chutneys served in tiny cups usually reserved for Arabic coffee, followed by sweet balls, dates spiced with orange and spices, then a concoction of red cabbage and mascarpone dipped in dark chocolate. Words cannot describe Chef Thor’s bites, you will just have to try them yourself at the Wicked Kitchen
