Raffle Tickets Printing RafflesForLess offers attractive, quality, custom printed raffle tickets for fundraising purposes. That’s all we do. Because we’ve produced thousands of orders, we have the know-how to produce a ticket just right for your needs. One of our 5 standard size tickets will surely be a perfect fit. You may choose from 7 colors of our quality card stock and a choice of black or blue ink for the print. Tickets are consecutively numbered in red ink, so they easily stand out on the ticket, and it adds a little security to the tickets. Stubs are perforated for easy separation from the ticket portion. The tickets come loose, but you have the option to have them stapled into books of 5, 6, 10, or 12 tickets per book. At the request and suggestion of many clients, we have added a feature that allows you to design your own ticket and view a proof immediately online. In doing this, we can offer lower prices and faster service. For example, if you design and submit an order for up to 5000 tickets by 5:00pm EST Monday through Thursday, your order will ship the following day (unless it is a holiday). Orders received by 5:00pm EST for quantities up to 5,000 Regular size tickets will ship the following business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Larger size tickets, larger quantities, or tickets being stapled may take an additional day. You will be notified if your order will take longer to produce.

We Design It For You tickets – You will receive an emailed proof the same day or next day after your order is received (excluding weekends and holidays). If an approved proof is received by 5:00pm EST for orders up to 5,000 Regular size tickets, the order will ship the following business day. Large size tickets, larger quantities, or tickets being stapled may take an additional day. You will be notified if your order will take longer to produce.

Shipping Time:


Shipping is Free – Your order will be shipped by either UPS or Express Mail. We will choose the fastest method depending on the ticket size and quantity. Delivery is usually two to three business days. Guaranteed Next Day and Second Day shipping is available at additional charge. Check with us if you require this service and we let you know the additional cost. While we make every effort to produce orders as efficiently and quickly as possible, we cannot be responsible for production or shipping delays beyond our control.

Design It Yourself tickets offers you the opportunity to save time and money on your order. Enter your ticket information, choose the size and fonts to be used and view the proof immediately online. Your can even print a proof of your ticket. Complete the order form and make your payment and your order will ship the next business day.

We Design It For You is the method of ordering we have been using for years. You simply fill in and submit your ticket information. We will prepare a proof for your approval and email it to you within about 24 hours. Your order will ship the following business day after we receive your proof approval. Production times shown exclude weekends and holidays.

Can I have a logo printed on my ticket? Logos may be added for We Design It For You ticket orders. Artwork files may be added to your order form. Artwork should be black and white for best reproduction and in either pdf, tif or jpg file format.

Can I have printing on the back of the tickets? Yes, for We Design It For You orders. The additional charge is $20.00 for the first 1000 tickets and $10.00 for each additional 1000 tickets for Regular size tickets. We will be glad to give you a quote for larger size tickets. Copy for back side printing should be put in the special instructions area of the order form.

What Number will the tickets start at? It is suggested that you start at number 1. We can start at "convenient" numbers (such as 101, or 1001). If your drawing is based on a daily lottery having 3 or 4 numbers, your tickets will be numbered 000-999 or 0000-9999. (There is no additional charge for lottery numbering.)


Can you staple my tickets into books? We can staple tickets into books of 5 - 6 - 10 - or 12 tickets per book at a charge of $.05 per book. There is a minimum charge of $5.00 for stapling.

Can I order additional tickets? Absolutely. We strongly suggest you order a sufficient supply on your initial order because a repeat order is charged the same as a new order. Ordering a little more now could save you money later if you find you need more tickets.

Are raffle tickets legal in my area? You should check with your state and local government in regard to holding a raffle in your area. Your local municipality or state Attorney General office can usually help you with laws and regulations. Please keep in mind that we are printers, not lawyers and it is your responsibility to adhere to legality issues.

Cancellations For Design It Yourself orders, because of the speed in processing orders, cancellations are not possible. There will be a $15.00 charge for orders cancelled after typesetting has been done, but before the proof has been approved. No cancellations are possible after the proof is approved.

What if there is an error on my job? We require an approved proof by fax or email before we proceed with printing any job. Once you have given your approval, we will not accept responsibility for errors and no refunds will be given.
