Artist. That was all I ever envisioned myself becoming. It didn't matter how or where, or even which field within the plethora of options that the art field holds. That fashion spoke to me among so many options was quite coincidental and very much surprising (the "light bulb" moment can be literal for some of us). Particularly since I spent the majority of my younger years pretending to be Indiana Jones while riddling every pair of jeans I owned with holes. Several of my influences are a result of my affiliation with the military, with the places it has taken me and the people it has led me to. Being introduced to new people from every corner with differing view points to match has always been a fascination of mine and one of my favorite things to experience. It is only by meeting new people that we can discover things about ourselves we would have never found alone. The work I have displayed here is a direct result of my artistic and cultural influences.
