LOCAL FOOD We bring a lot of good food on board from Oslo, but we have to buy more in the ports we visit during the voyage. Our steward are really looking forward to buy and bring on board local, fresh ingredients and serve local specialties to our fellow sailors. We have visited the places before, and the steward know where to find the local shops and the local markets. He knows where ­ in Cadiz he can get the best shellfish, the special chorizo ​​and local ham. Talking

about Cadiz, he will probably also take some sherry on board from here. Although the Mediterranean food is more or less the same, each place has its own taste. That is why the local cheese from Tarragona taste different from the one from Malaga. The same goes for the local wine.
