Why our Chips are great! • Being freeze chill means once these frozen chips are defrosted they can still be kept for four days in the fridge • Primarily made from the Bintje Potato, one of the most popular chipping potatoes in the world. • We have selected alternative varieties to ensure consistent quality, appearance, texture and taste even when our favourite variety isn’t available. • Our fries always have a crisp golden brown outer with a soft white/yellow inner giving a delicious potato flavour. • We use non-hydrogenated vegetable oil to pre-cook the chips and we even blow any excess oil of the finished product before freezing. • They are all sold in boxes with 4 x 2.5kg bags for easier storage • All our Fairway Chips are Gluten Free
