Passionate about the creative arts, I see design as the development of meaningful real-world solutions and delight in the building up of a concept before then bringing it to life. As a zealous list-maker, I am keenly aware that my strengths lie in a process driven approach and consider this an integral part of any project I tackle. Eager and enthusiastic, I find myself drawn to a broad scope of disciplines, including residential and commercial design, branding and graphics.

Driven by culture and colour, the renovation of this seaside restaurant was an exploration of careful deliberation. Involving an in-depth materiality and branding study, the output of this project is deeply rooted in the atmosphere of the restaurant and the translation of this into a clean, inviting space.

Assigned with the headings; health, sustainability, interactivity and culture, this design involved an enormous amount of research and development. Endeavoring to direct focus specifically towards hearing impairments, materiality choices, customer interaction and community connection, the ultimate aim was to produce a welcoming and enduring environment.

Responding to a topical social issue, this installation piece was extremely concept driven. With the task of creating an atrium space - in the likes of a gallery, hotel lobby or private residence - and with my newly developed 3Ds Max skills, I went about producing a space that was captivating and light filled. The results of which became my submission piece for the 2017 ‘Intro Exhibit’.
