2034 BROADWAY Once a partitioned art gallery, this brick building with wooden bow-truss roof was a simple adaptive reuse project. Most of the inherent value was already there, just obstructed by over-wrought remodels. RACDB identified select areas for improvement, removing white wall covering revealing beautiful red brick walls instantly adding warmth and value. Refinishing and polishing the floors brought more daylight to the space, and small-move additions, like the glass conference room with clean wood detailing, and the cast-in-place concrete planter at the ADA required
