OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE MANUAL

RA Nelson will provide you with an O&M manual speci c to your home upon its completion. The manual outlines your project’s care and maintenance schedules and procedures, speci cations, as-built drawings, warranty information and important contact lists.

Phq Property Management

For our custom home clients, RA Nelson’s PHQ property management division can provide the management and maintenance of your property, carrying our expertise from the building process into the long-term care of the home. This ensures optimal building performance, health, and e ciency of the building for years to come.
