Villa Rica
Tanner Medical Expansion is making great progress with 80,740 SF of new construction and 3,368 SF of renovation to the existing facility. The expansion features a new ER and department, 37 exam rooms, and 6 state-of-the-art operating suites.
City Station will be a community center that features a full-size gymnasium/auditorium, fitness center, full-service cafe, multi-use rooms, covenant housing, and pre-school. Carrollton
Pictured to the left is the site for the OFS (Optical Fiber Solutions) Plant expansion. This project includes 127,000 SF structural steel construction plus interior office space and a new parking lot. Carrollton 4
Courtyard Marriott in Kennesaw is now complete. This 63,813 SF hotel features a fitness center, outdoor firepit/patio/pool, conference space, full-service kitchen and bar, and underground parking deck.

N E W S JILL’S A LOLLY! Congratulations to Jill Colwell on the birth of her first grandchild! Hayes Foster Solomon was born to Jill’s daughter, Addie, and her husband, Sean, on April 12, 2018 at 1:34 a.m. He weighed 7 lbs. 15 oz. and was 21” long.
WALT’S NEW ADDITION! Walt Fleming welcomed a new bundle of joy: a granddaughter, Madelyn Kate Fain. She was born April 26, 2018 at 9:59 p.m. weighing 7 lbs. 8 oz. and 20.5” long.
