Many of our staff are experienced shooters, several have been GB Champions and National Team Members, they are available to assist you to pick the right kit and to check that it will work together. This can be done in the shop or at a distance on the phone or by E-mail.
Our Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your goods please return them unused and undamaged, with the original packaging, to our Waterlooville address within 14 days of receipt. You will be refunded in full for the goods. Please remember to include a covering note quoting the invoice number and to get proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit. We do not refund postage unless the goods are faulty. Special order or Custom made items and Cut or Made up arrows are exempt from this (unless faulty).

Postage, Packaging and Administration Costs How to work out the postage for UK Mainland **
Each item has a letter (a), (b), (c) or (g) after the price. Carriage charges are (a) £2.99, (b) £5.94, (c) £9.30 or (g) £14.50
For Multiple item orders you pay one of these amounts for the whole order (unless there is a large or heavy item or you live in an area that costs more to send to (see below)). The amount you pay is the highest postage letter of the items in your list. For example: You order 4 items with the letters (a), (a), (a), (b). You pay one charge of (b) £5.94 for the whole order. Larger and heavier items like Target Butts, Stands, Nets, 3D Targets Faces and Longbows, have a price per item stated on the page near to their price. ** We will always try to find the best delivery method for you, to keep costs to a minimum, BUT possible EXTRA charges apply on all orders of C and G rates and goods with a price per item in, London, Northern areas of Scotland, Wales and all Over Water Crossings, eg. Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scottish Isles etc. For a definite carriage quote on your order, please contact us.
