“OUR MISSION is to fundraise, and I think people are more inclined to dedicate their money and their time when they have a meaningful experience,” says Eleanor Ylvisaker, Chairman of the Associates Committee of The Society of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. “And my role as chairman is to encourage interaction with the hospital.” The Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center has devoted 130 years to care and research—endeavors that are supported by the work of The Society.
