G310RR
__new design for 2023
Creation and realization of a collaboration project between TVS and BMW MOTORRAD. The one cylinder G310RR has exclusively been launched for the Indian market, being sold in a classic black basis version and a typically BMW-like White-Red-Blue high-end sports version.

SERIES WORK
__NEW YEAR, NEW COLORS!
In every product lifecycle, the colors of our motorcycles are changed a couple of years after its releases, to create a new impulse for the customer. Hence, my responsibility in this project is to create the biggest differentiation to the current portfolio, using new color combinations and playing with existing graphics.

All colors were presented internally via VRED, full visualization containing ray-traced animations and stills. Later presented in our configurator.

HELMETS &APPAREL
__SEASON 2023
Another aspect of my work is designing our BMW Motorcycle Helmets. Every year, we design helmets in correspondence with our apparel team and our motorcycle colors, to create the most unique and desirable designs.

Next to helmets, also had the opportunity to join the Apparel team for a series of boots, sneakers and gloves for the 2023 collection. Developing gear&garment for 6 different products from sketch to series was also a significant challenge and particularly satisfying outcome for me, coming from fashion design.

BMW M4 GT4 ART CAR
As a graphic and transportation designer, always think about how graphics and patterns can emphasize the sculpted geometry of an object. Adding details and colors can entirely change and emotionalize a design. love to create disruptive designs, which carry a strong visual message, which is why I designed a geometrical pattern in combination with clean cut squares and large typography. The eye has to understand the pattern first, before seeing the shape of the car at second read.

SERIES WORK
__G310R, G310GS (2021) __S1000XR M-Package (2022)

My first serial projects were the one cylinder derivates, for which I designed six different graphics and CMF concepts in total. They were released in 11/2020. Both having a young target group, it was exciting for me to explore a bold graphics language corresponding well with the young, radical geometry of the bikes.
Next was the M-package for the S1000XR, which was released in 7/2021. Being the first bike released in official M color scheme, had the chance to design the graphics from scratch, built them in Alias Design and visualized the bike in VRED.

HELMETS
__SEASONS 2022
Another aspect of my work is designing our BMW Motorcycle Helmets. Every year, we design helmets in correspondence with apparel and our motorcycle colors, to create the most unique and desirable designs.

For last year‘s released System 7 EVO, also designed the entire 3D additional components, such as shutters, vents, silders and spoiler. From sketch, 3D Modelling to testing the prototypes, this was my first professional geometry design project. My task was to reinterpret our best sold helmet in a significantly new, more producty and clean way without touching the shell.

HELMETS

__SEASONS 2020 / 2021
Here‘s an insight into some of the helmets that were part of the 2021 collection. Especially for our heritage helmet, it was great fun designing BMW heritage that represent pinstripe lines and classical BMW colors a bit reinterpreted and translating them into graphics.

BMW QI

My master‘s thesis was in collaboration with BMW interior & CMF departments.
The topic is the role and use of mobility in an abstract scenario for the year 2050.

The starting point was the analysis of the two generations, that will mainly shape the future of our society: Generation Z and their successors, Generation R.
Everybody is talking about the possibilities of working and interacting in autonomous cars, that are predicted to be state of the art in thirty years.
But what if we‘re just humans after all? And we don‘t want to have omniproductivity and communication everywhere, especially in a car?

What if this travel - which with an average of 17 km/h in cities doesn‘t exactly mean „pleasure to drive“ any more - could be repurposed to something as simple yet appealing as sleep?
The project deals with an interior that offers the human the ideal regeneration for the length of inter-city travel or long commute, based on a mobility-on-demand service, so you arrive more well-rested than you started off.

CONCEPT & DESIGN IDEATION
__A HAMMOCK IN A CAR?!

Many commuters spend more than fifty minutes in their cars each day.
The MAN Commuter Concept makes a meaningful use of this lost travel time possible: in an „Office on Wheels“ (companysponsored), up to 29 employees can work while commuting.

The ambience of the autonomous bus is divided into three areas - the conference area, the working area and the loungewhich are geared entirely to fit the individual needs and requirements of each passenger.

The gentle and warm color and material combination and the spacious, open interior design and room layout create a warm, inviting ambience.
The small space is optimally used with customizable solutions.

[in]different __B.A. THESIS

Withdrawn, different, unkind, highly intelligent – all terms that are associated with autism, if you ask common people about it.
But what else does autism mean? How does an autist perceive the world, what does he think, what does he feel?
Autists lack the ability to filter. They perceive everything we do as louder, more intense. But that‘s not the only aspect that distinguishes autism from normal people – it‘s the life with the developmental disorder itself, which takes place somewhere between obsessive-compulsive disorders, indifference and depression.

The collection and work „[in]different“ mirrors the whole spectrum of emotions behind autism. The seclusion, the inner withdrawal, the indifference itself by using the color white and clean, calm patterns – contrasting with the counterbalance of depression, meltdown, overload and the loss of control, which is shown in black, confusing, heavy-weight outfits.
