What you should know This is a Youth-led event although we appreciate it is necessary for over 25’s as well as support workers to attend – you are more than welcome to participate in all aspects of the conference please respect that this is an event fully run by and for LGBT Young People at every level. Accommodation over Friday and Saturday night will be at YHA Manchester, part of Youth Hostelling International. Dormitories are either 4 or 6 bed and are single gender. Workers and anyone over 25 will be in separate dorms from young people at all times. Dormitories are all ensuite. Conference events will be held at various locations around the city and transport to and from the YHA and various venues will be provided free of charge. Food and Refreshments are included as part of the ticket price, most meals other than breakfast will take place at the various conference venues and will include buffet and packed lunches and as well as cooked meals. Activity/Event/Workshop Facilitators Please note that everyone must have a ticket to enter the event and that also applies to volunteers or anyone who is running a workshop or specific activity. If you are attending only to run something specific you may find the Day Pass useful. Day Passes will give entry to all the conference events except for the YHA. If you plan to stay in Manchester for the duration of the conference then the full priced ticket is the best value option as you will not find food or accommodation cheaper elsewhere. Evening Entertainment will take place on both Friday and Saturday night and will run from dinner time until very late. It is included within the ticket price which you have paid for so we encourage all participants to take part as much as possible.
