Aunque incomode a los exigentes comensales de restaurantes donde sólo había salones de elegancia exclusiva, hay que aceptar que la restauración cambia y se adecua a los tiempos que enfrenta. Por eso es inteligente urdir ambientes mixtos como el de Jalea de Menta, con un área donde se degustan platos “low cost”, pero con restaurante soberbio que goza del privilegio de tener a David Moraga y su compañera Mª Fernanda Pérez, de los chefs tinerfeños con rango de exquisitos. La línea elegida por estos dos cocineros es la tradicional, con sus delicadas presentaciones. Although uncomfortable for clients of restaurants which only have exclusive rooms of irrefutable elegance, it has to be accepted that restaurateurs must accommodate the times that we face, like this crazy recession. Therefore it is smart to devise different atmospheres like they do in Jalea de Menta, with an area where low cost dishes are tasted but with a splendid restaurant that enjoys the privilege to have David Moraga and his partner Mª Fernanda Pérez, chefs from Tenerife with an exquisite range.

Obschon es Gäste der Restaurants stören mag, in denen man nur exklusive Salons mit Eleganz findet, muss man akzeptieren, dass sich die Gastronomie an die Zeiten anpasst, wie diese Krise, die alles durcheinander bringt. Daher ist es klug, verschiedene Ambiente zu bieten, wie im Jalea de Menta, mit einer Zone, in der man „low cost“ Gerichte erhält, und einem feinen Restaurant, in dem David Moraga u. seine Partnerin Ma Fernanda Pérez tätig sind, 2 Chefs von Teneriffa mit ausgezeichneten Referenzen. ¡Qué bueno!
