HELLO AND WELCOME TO BELFAST!

We are delighted to welcome you to Queen’s for our Global FAM 2023.

You will be joined by representatives from a number of our international markets, which highlights the diverse and growing number of international students on campus. During your week you will get a chance to find out why we think Queen’s University Belfast is like no other university by touring our campus, meeting our Faculty staff and experiencing our famous Northern Ireland hospitality.

We hope you have a productive and informative week. We have a packed schedule which will give you a taste of life on campus and what it would be like to be one of our students. International Officer – North America

Peter completed his Bachelors and Masters degrees at Northumbria University in Newcastle, England, where he played college soccer and spent his summers coaching and mentoring high school students in New Hampshire. He has worked in international education for eight years, firstly in athletic recruitment and then spreading the good news about UK universities with high schools across the Middle East and North America. He spends much of his spare time enjoying the outdoors, and can usually be found roaming the Mourne Mountains or Northern Ireland’s spectacular coastline.
