5S – How to Achieve Alignment & Aesthetics at Workplace? ‘Alignment’ is the adjustment of an object in relation with other objects. By alignment, we mean the way every element at workplace is positioned in comparison to the other element. The aligned objects always provide an aesthetic and neat look.
