RETAIL PROFIT Selling QNET products directly to your Retail Customers is the cornerstone of a solid foundation for your business. When you refer a Retail Customer who purchases from the Company, you receive the Retail Profit, which is the difference between your customer’s Retail Price and your discounted price as an Independent Representative (IR).

FIRST PURCHASE PROFIT As a Referrer, you will receive the First Purchase Profit from the qualifying retail sale/purchase made by your new personally sponsored IR. The First Purchase Profit is the difference between the price of a new IR’s first purchase (made at Retail Price) and your IR Discounted Price.

STEP COMMISSION The Step Commission is another pillar of the QNET Compensation Plan. As a new IR, your focus will be on developing a base of customers and on helping your Downline generate volume through sales. The Step Commission is calculated from your placement tree, which has two legs. You will be compensated based on successfully building sales volume within the placement tree. Your Upline (or anyone else in the placement tree) may also place IRs in your placement tree. As your group begins to grow, you are entitled to receive weekly commissions based on the volume generated on your lower-volume leg and the allowable commission amounts per Tracking Centre determined by your active rank.

GETTING STARTED IS SIMPLE. ENROL, QUALIFY, ACTIVATE, AND MAXIMISE BY HELPING OTHERS TO DO THE SAME IN YOUR QNET ORGANISATION. ENROL Enrol online through www.qnet.net or through your Direct Referrer’s IR Personal Website. Simply pay for your one-year IRship Package, which includes your online Business Planner and Product Portfolio consisting of an array of multimedia presentations, videos and brochures. You also receive annual access to your own proprietary Virtual Office where you can organise, manage, and monitor your business; an IR Personal Website that allows you to position your business according to your network and market preferences, and capitalise on social media marketing; three innovative eStores for your product sales and purchases; and various new and exciting business, marketing and eCommerce tools to help you boost, promote, grow, utilise, capitalise and understand your QNET business! NOTES AND TERMINOLOGY INDEPENDENT REPRESENTATIVE (IR) A person who has enrolled to build a business organisation by selling products and sponsoring others.

ENROL To register as an IR into the QNET business and pay the USD 30 one-year IRship Package.

QUALIFIED IR An IR who has at least one (1) Tracking Centre with the minimum qualifying 500 BV.

ACTIVATED IR A Qualified IR who has placed at least one (1) Qualified Direct Referral on each side of any of his/her Tracking Centres.

ACTIVE IR An IR who generates a minimum of 60 BV per quarter for retail sale/personal purchase from the Repeat eStore.

REFERRER An IR who refers Retail Customers or other IRs by helping them to become IRs of QNET.

RETAIL CUSTOMER Someone who purchases products from QNET but does not enrol to be an IR.

BUSINESS VOLUME (BV) The point value of a product used to qualify TCs and calculate Step Commissions.

GROUP REPEAT BUSINESS VOLUME (GRBV) BV earned from the repeat sales within your network.

REPEAT SALES POINTS (RSP) Points earned from repeat sales on a quarterly basis, which are convertible into cash or BV.

eVOUCHER POINTS (EP) Points earned at every Step 6 of any given Commission Cycle, redeemable for products.

ACTIVATION AND QUALIFICATION FOR EXISTING IRS Q. A.

As a QNET existing IR, do I need to move over to the enhanced QNET Compensation Plan? No. When we launch the enhanced Plan, you will be notified through your Virtual Office (VO) that you are automatically promoted over to the enhanced Plan.

Who is allowed to be promoted over to the enhanced Plan? Only existing, active QNET IRs will be promoted over to the enhanced Plan. Non-renewed IRs are not allowed to be promoted over to the enhanced Plan; they must first renew, then they will be promoted over.

As an existing IR, can I have an option to remain in the existing Compensation Plan? No, all existing QNET IRs will be promoted over to the enhanced Plan by default effective 03 March 2012.

What will be my new rank after being promoted over to the enhanced Plan? You will be promoted over to the Gold Star Rank by default when the Compensation Plan enhancements take effect. Your maximum payout will be based on your current payout schedule.

Will my CUV balance be moved to the enhanced Plan? Your commissioned volume will be deducted from the current total volume and the balance will be shown in the enhanced QNET Compensation Plan.

How will I start earning the Step Commission? You must be Qualified and Activated in order for you to start earning Step Commission.

How many commission steps are there in one cycle? There are six commission steps in one cycle.

How much is the payout per commission step? The payout per commission step varies with an IR’s rank. The payout increases as the rank advances. From Step 1 to Step 5, the payout will be in a monetary value. At Step 6, the payout will be in eVouchers, which are equivalent to 10 eVoucher points (EPs) and used to redeem for exclusive products in the QNET Redeem eStore.

What are Repeat Sales Points (RSP)? Repeat Sales Points are points earned from the sales of products from the QNET Repeat eStore on a quarterly basis, which can be converted into either cash or Business Volume (BV).

How can I qualify to earn RSP? You need to maintain at least 60 BV from the sales of products from the QNET Repeat eStore every quarter (13 weeks).

Q.

If I earn 60 BV from the sales of products from the QNET Repeat eStore twice within one quarter, will I be qualified for two (2) consecutive quarters? Yes. Your extra 60 BV will be used to maintain your qualification for the following quarter. Carry forward qualification is limited to four (4) quarters only (one year).

Is there any time limit to move up from Bronze Star IR to Silver Star IR? No, but a time limit of one (1) quarter applies to other ranks, from Gold Star IR to Diamond Star IR.

Do I have to achieve and maintain my Rank Advancement requirements every quarter to keep being paid at my current rank? Yes, your Rank Advancement requirements are also your quarterly rank maintenance requirements. If I fail to meet the quarterly requirements to maintain my current Star Rank, will I be downgraded to a lower or default Star Rank? Yes, however you will keep your title and only be ‘paid as’ the lower rank.

Once I reach Silver Star Rank, can I go back to Bronze Star Rank? No, you will not go back once you have reached Silver Star Rank. At this point, Silver Star becomes your base rank.

If I am promoted, when will my new rank be effective and reflected in my Virtual Office (VO)? Your new rank will be effective and reflected in your VO in the following commission week for a period of one quarter (13 weeks).

If I am currently at Silver Star Rank and I fulfil the requirements for Platinum Star Rank in one quarter, can I skip over Gold Star Rank and be promoted to Platinum Star Rank immediately? Yes.

No, your Direct and Indirect Referrals are only those in your Line of Sponsorship, however, Spill-over Downlines are placed by your Upline. Therefore, Downlines from Spill-over are not included.
