SMOOTH AMBLER MANHATTAN

Haymaker Uptown is a restaurant deeply dedicated to our region’s local fare and seasonal offerings. The cocktail menu features both craft creations and beloved staples alike, such as their take on a Manhattan. Classically, a Manhattan is a drink blended with rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, and bitters, meant to be strong, slightly bitter and a bit herbaceous.

Haymaker’s bar team serves their Manhattan with Smooth Ambler bourbon, making for a richer, sweeter drink. The cocktail is then finished with housemade nocino, an Italian liqueur, luxardo liqueur, a few dashes of angostura bitters, and topped with an amarena cherry.
