We can develop mechanical, electrical, or plumbing Revit models and use your existing Architectural Revit model for the background coordination and material list export. Simply tell us about the specific elements you would like to include in the MEP models using our BIM checklist. Mechanical Model: Revit can be used to model HVAC equip, ducts, piping, air, mechanical components. Electrical Model: Revit can be used to model light fixtures, electrical systems, electrical components. Plumbing Model: Revit can be used to model hot/cold water, drainage, waste, plumbing components. To begin, we will prepare a quote (free) for your MEP model and will need the following: 1. Completed Q-CAD BIM Questions 2. Existing Revit Architectural background model 3. Source data files (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) in any format: JPEG, PDF, DWG, DGN, Revit
