Reena Dayal Yadav

Reena Dayal Yadav is an innovation management expert. She is the founder for the Quantum Ecosystems and Technology Council of India (QETCI). She is on the Global Futures Council for Quantum at the World Economic Forum.

She is also the CEO and Partner of Benzaiten Advisors and serves on several quantum technology-related committees. Reena played a pivotal role in India's storage networking ecosystem in the early 2000s and holds multiple patents. As a speaker, consultant, and author of

"Innovation Magic," she shares her expertise in quantum technology, emerging technologies, and innovation management.

Reena earned her engineering degree from IIT Roorkee and is a Chevening Fellow for Science and Innovation Leadership at the University of Oxford's Said Business School. A mindfulness practitioner and certified trainer, she assists senior leaders, funding agencies, and non-profits in understanding the implications of emerging technologies through Benzaiten Advisors and her podcast series, Thought Integrators.

As this technological revolution spans across borders and cultures, the discussions surrounding ethical technology use must transcend geographical boundaries. Our dialogue must incorporate diverse perspectives and experiences from around the world. By embracing a global conversation, we gain a

comprehensive understanding of the potential implications and jointly develop guidelines that encourage responsible technology deployment.

Ethical dilemmas are inherent in this era of rapid technological advancement. Balancing privacy in an era of pervasive data collection and ensuring ethical use of AI in decisionmaking processes are just a couple of the challenges we face. To address these concerns, it is not enough to simply comprehend the impact of technology; we must also implement robust regulations and laws that govern its use.
