INTRODUCING CAREER DEVELOPMENT PLANNING
The fourth SuccessFactors module encourages culture of continuous learning
Qatargas’ Learning and Development team has launched the latest SuccessFactors module, Career Development Planning (CDP), which empowers employees to take responsibility for their development and to close competence gaps.

At a Company-level, it’s also a proactive step to ensure that employee skills are aligned with Qatargas goals - the module notably builds and maintains a capable workforce and creates a culture of continuous learning.
The latter is especially important, as continuous learning is critical in expanding employees’ knowledge and ensuring that their skills remain relevant. Continuous learning encourages critical thinking, builds confidence and enables individuals to seek innovative solutions - all of which encourage an employee to reach their full potential.
The launch of CDP follows the successful roll-out of the modules: Performance Management (Q1 2019), Employee Profile (Q2 2019), Learning Management System (Q1 2020) and Recruitment Management (Q2 2021).
As with the previous modules, the full support of the Learning and Development team will smooth the transition to CDP.
