Qand Safaa NPO candidate 2022-2023

I never expected that it would be possible for just a place and some people to make you someone else more creative and more ambitious, to set new goals for you, to meet people who are inspiring, ambitious, passionate, and dreamers from different places despite the distance that separates us, but our dreams and energies have gathered us spiritually and to make us discover that creativity and development have no limits!

There is a phrase that says: “It is a great loss to go to the end of the year with the same mind that you started with”.

Motivationalletter

Two years ago I was writing my first motivation letter for the Public health local officer position. I was more than excited to learn and contribute to the IFMSA impact. It was only three years ago, but it seems like an eternity when thinking about all the activities, experiences and people..

It says that success is contagious, whenever you are among successful people you will find yourself struggling to be like them and you will be,

So much has changed since thenstrugles, along with pandemic we were fighting . During these years, we have found out to what extent words shape our reality. The words we speak, the messages we get daily from the people surrounding us, news, social media.

This experience gave me a different motivation, it made me sure that I have a lot to offer within this wonderful association, that I have the ability to continue what my colleagues started and strive to develop.

Looking back at my not-so-obvious IFMSA journey I see how each experience has prepared me for the next and how each taught me alot. I have started my journey as a general member then Rusafa LPO I have then walked a path from local to the National Assistant.

I'm still aspiring to continue my journey with it, very excited about what is to come, my passion is to give everything I have and to develop this standing committee together and see it always at the highest levels!

Dear IFMSA-Iraq family and SCOPHeroes, My name is Qand Safaa, with pride and passion to present to you my application for the Nationa officer on public health for the term 2022/2023. Working with the National team gave me respect for the team spirit for all the hardships and challenges we had in the last term, we stayed together as a family not just as a random team, and we supported each other. Working alongside the rest of the team taught me something very important. So I will do my best. Orange loph, Qand Safaa.
