This kind of grey looks like, but not the same as the color of metal. There even are flow liners on some parts of the barrel which makes consumers doubt about the quality, though the quality is ok.

Most users of pentel are young people, and this pen's price is not high. It will sell well if it could be designed more suitable for young people. The role mechanical drawing pens play gets smaller with the wide spread of computer, but students who learn mechanism or design still need this kind of pen. So my final positioning is sudents who learn mechanism or design. The pen redesigned would be used for writing as well as drawing.
