POINT WELLS BOATING CLUB

Finally, after COVID and weather cancellations last year, and some dubious weather on the Saturday, we finally managed to get our Family Fishing competition underway on Sunday, 8 January this year.

On the day, the weather gods smiled on us …. what a great day and competition

Thanks to all who participated, and to our winner on the day, Stuart McCowan with a 4.73kg snapper.

Congratulations to young Hudson Dransfield, winner of the Club Shield for the members biggest fish landed during the year at 5.18kg.

Without them our competition would be infinitely poorer.
