TEMPLATE & INSTALLATION SERVICE - WHAT TO EXPECT AND WHEN
1. PRE TEMPLATE O Order confirmation received. Our Sales & Service team will call you to confirm we have your final drawing and the chosen material.
O Non stock material requested. Your chosen material will be ordered and leadtime confirmed. Please note, at this stage if the material is changed or cancelled charges will be applied.
O 2 weeks prior to your requested dates we will call to confirm. O 48 hours prior to template our Sales & Service team will call you to confirm your readiness for the template. O 24 hours prior to template, our templater will call to advise an expected time of arrival.
2. POST TEMPLATE O A CAD drawing will be sent for your approval. O Our Sales & Service team will call to discuss any variance to the pre template design. O If there are no changes or queries, your drawing will be passed straight to production. O If changes are necessary these will be actioned and a new CAD drawing sent for approval. NB; payment is required before being passed to production if not a credit account.
O On the day our templater will call to confirm time of arrival.
4. DAY OF INSTALLATION
O Our installation team will call to confirm time of arrival. O Once installed our team will walk through your new work surface. O Discuss our warranty and aftercare instructions. O Allowing you time to review the surface while they clear their tools. O Answer any questions you have before asking you to sign off he installation. O Finally leave your home as you would expect.
