PWS Unity Doors User Guide

Using the new PWS Unity Doors EQ Catalogue Setting up Discounts in EQ Go the Suppliers section, select PWS Distributors, select Catalogues and highlight PWS Unity Doors.

Click on Discounts and Margins to enter your Trade Disc % assigned to you in your Terms from your Sales representative.

Producing a Quote in EQ Create your Heading in EQ as usual and select the PWS Unity Doors catalogue as the Door Manufacturer.

Choose the Door Range, selecting if you want the DRILLED option and then complete the respective Edging Option.

If you want standard frontal sizes, add the ‘quick code’ i.e. 139X297 Example Add a 139X297 to the quote.

If you try to amend the dimensions, EQ will not allow you to do so as these dimensions are fixed.

Bespoke Sizes As an example, if you want a drawer front that is 145X298, you must go to the next size UP which is 160X397 and use the 160X397BESPOKE code in EQ and amend the dimensions DOWN as follows: 1. Add the 160X397BESPOKE code to the quote:

2. Amend the dimensions to 145H and 298W – the dimensions will turn red in EQ as it recognises the dimensions have been changed from their default setting:

3. The product code will remain the same, but the description will now change to reflect the amended dimensions:

If you try and add a BESPOKE code and try to amend the dimensions UP, EQ will not allow you to do so, will show you a System Message to show you why, and amend the dimensions back to their default:

Placing Purchase Orders Your EQ Purchase Order will show the Quick Codes under the Code column, but for any BESPOKES, the code will not be shown which will highlight to the PWS Order Processor that these lines are BESPOKES. Note how dimensions and finishes are shown against every line on the Purchase Order.

PWS Proforma Invoice The PWS Order Processor will convert your order as per the example below. Note how the blank BESPOKE codes from your Purchase Order now show as UXBESPOKE in the PWS system.
