I have a very delicate problem and I’m just so unsure of what to do?! I recently met this new man and everything seemed fine.. but it’s come to my attention that he isn’t washing. I really like him, he’s very attractive and is perfect on paper, he’s a millionaire with a villa in Sorrento and 3 cars in the garage.. but he’s so smelly.. What do I do?!
I have recently discovered my son has been seeing an older woman. Apparently she is at least 40 years his senior!! He’s 18 and works part time at the burger shop. He’s started coming home late and I know he’s seeing her! I’ve never met her but I’m tempted to follow him form work one evening to see who she is and confront her about seducing my son! Am I being over protective or do I have a right to intervene.

It’s so good of you to get in touch. I am so pleased to hear you’ve found someone!! It’s always so difficult to land a man these days.. I’m always finding myself despondently checking the empty bear traps I leave outside the gents toilets at the pub. I am sorry though I fail to see the problem...?? No man is perfect.. and what’s a little over powering body odour and caked on grime when you are completely in love with a man’s villa?? If he is a millionaire I could perhaps recommend a course of cosmetic surgery to have your sense of smell removed... or if you MUST have it your way (some girls these days, don’t know how lucky they have it) I recommend suggesting you take a bath together but only once you’re married, of course.
Thank you for your letter. I have to say I think you’re being a touch over-protective. This older woman may be the best thing that’s ever happened for your son, she may genuinely care for him, she may love the smell of chip grease on her pillows. If a fine specimen of a young man like your son ( I imagine) wants to spend his time courting a SLIGHTLY older woman who has free time on her hands as her part time writing job doesn’t take up too much time, then that is entirely up to him. Following him is a bad idea AND if you were to follow him I can tell you where you wouldn’t find him, you wouldn’t find him in the back seat of my Vauxhall Astra, that’s for certain!!

Our tour of the brand new Seaford Library On Tuesday August 26th the brand new Seaford Library opened its doors to the local community and showed off its sleek new design and plethora of features. On the ground floor is an impressive foyer that features all the spotlight books for the month, as well as a cute little cafe called the Reading Room. The Reading Room is part of The Front Room, a well-established cafe in Seaford. Victoria and the team look forward to welcoming you and serving you a great cup of coffee to enjoy with your favourite book! A trip up to the first floor brings you to a more traditional library area, with shelves upon shelves of books on display. They are all sectioned by category making it convenient to find the material you want or need. This section is laid out with comfy chairs to relax in as well as a glass-enclosed room for when you need to study or just want five minutesenjoying the guilty pleasure of the latest best-seller. There is one more trip up to the top floor where the library roof garden provides stunning views of Seaford and the surrounding
coast line. This astro-turfed area will soon be equipped with tables and chairs so you can enjoy soaking up some rays, whilst sharing a latte with friends. The second floor also comes equipped with two for-hire meeting rooms which open out on to the roof garden, making it an ideal setting for a pleasant light and airy business engagement. The Library has Wi-Fi through-out the building as well as computers which can be hired for websurfing. Here at Puzzled, we are loving this new-look library which really incorporates the feel of a traditional library as well asthe sleek, modern benefits of a local community hub. You will no doubt be seeing us in there from time to time taking advantage of the WiFi to work out a puzzle or type up one of our new features.
