Katarzyna Hanula-Bobbitt of FinanceWatch will lead a workshop devoted to improving professionals' skills to develop and implement lobbying campaigns in the European Union. The focus will be on responsible lobbying, which aims to drive public policy towards sustainability and the greatest social benefit. We will identify successful lobbying tactics and discuss strategies to enhance participants' ability to efficiently negotiate and lobby within the EU, as well as effectively promote campaigns to the public. Participants will be encouraged to share their challenges and successes for discussion and feedback. Designed for civil society stakeholders and professionals interested in moving into public affairs.
