(1918-1924) Considerado uno de los logros arquitectónicos de aquella época, este edificio de planta semicircular construido originalmente para una compañía de electricidad inglesa, cuenta con una armazón de hierro fundido adquirida en Inglaterra mientras que los bloques de hormigón terracota de sus muros llegaron en barco procedentes de la India. •••
Considered one architectonical achievement of that era, this structure of semicircular floor built for an English electric company, has a skeleton of iron cast acquired in England whereas the blocks of terracotta concrete arrived on ship from India.
