A company with history, experience and experts in production! - custom made designs The company PSí HUBÍK s.r.o. specializes in the production of motowear since 1990. Thanks to top-class technology, production can be handled by 30 experts. After an exit check the product gets the control room with 8 desk officers who ensure distribution to the selected special branches, where trained personnel pass it to the customer. Our brand is PSí®.

You know how many feet of thread is the needed for one motosuit by PSí®?

All PSí® motowear is sewn with security seams!

We put great emphasis on maximum protection!

The company PSí HUBÍK s.r.o. purchases from reputable suppliers with long term experience in processing the supplied materials. Leather, textiles, protectors, thread.. all complies with strict paramaters for the production of motowear. Alongside the testing done by the suppliers of the materials the factory ensures independent tests for their own evaluation.

Consumption is linked to the size and motowear design implementation. Average is 1150 m. In the production warehouse there is about 40 shades of thread, which dovetails perfectly with your selected apparel material, or you can choose the opposite, contrast made clothing.

Each seam is at least double, often triple, with one of them always hidden so as to not immediately rub through. Thread must meet high claims for strength and resistance to abrasion. Thread made from kevlar with aramid fibers resist temperatures to almost 400 °C.

Safety customer is number 1 for PSí Hubík spol. s r.o. Production puts the emphasis on the right choice of protectors, as to the material composition, the requirements relating to ergonomic shapes and equally important is the correct location in the product. The company PSí Hubík uses its own technology, so-called double systems for the armour, which shall consist of double protection at the most exposed places in a fall. Either external carbon shells with aramid and carbon fibers, or ferrite with high-strength stainless steel. These technologies are developed in cooperation with professional riders on race tracks.

Sympatex membrane consists of a copolymer composed of polyether (shown in blue). Polyester is hydrophilic and ensures that the water vapour is transported outwards.

We are a partner of Sympatex® Technologies! The company PSí HUBÍK s.r.o. is a partner with German firm Sympatex Technologies GmbH, which shall grant producers a license to use their technologies on the basis of an examination of quality by the manufacturer and compliance with approved technical procedures. This way, customers from all over the world are guaranteed 100% product quality.

What is SYMPATEX®? It is a membrane that provides a 100% waterproof barrier to a water column of up to 25 m in height. 100% windproof according to EN ISO 9237 and high permeability (tested at

Hohenstein Institute), the Ret value <1.5 (Ret - water vapor resistance) which significantly exceeds standards. Thanks to its sealed and nonporous surface dirt can not enter through the SYMPATEX® membrane, thus ensuring lasting breathability. Molecules of water vapor that form within the product due to perspiration are transported out using physical chemical process. Even in extreme climate and weather the membrane ensures that you feel comfortable. Another advantage is the thinness of the membrane material (5 microns) and the low weight, high elasticity (300%) and the extreme durability to ensure continuous performance and functionality throughout the life of the garment.

Seams of the climate membrane, are covered by a special tape, and melted at a high temperature in the melting machine.

Do you know, that, in all PSí® leather products you can create your own writing, logo, ornament created using what’s known as engraving technologies?

Do you know that on PSí® textile products you can wish for the writing, the logo to be created by the method of so-called thermo-pressing?

The company PSí HUBÍK s.r.o. has its own sign making work station, where the CO2 laser engraving machine work can be carried out. What‘s this engraving? In principle it is to create a label, logos or design by removing material using a laser beam, where in its impact on the surface of the material, evaporates the upper layer to a depth of 0,03 mm - 0,1 mm and makes an interesting effect, „burned skin”.

The writing, the logo, is cut from special foil on the plotter, then transfered with the help of the foil onto a textile part, where thermo-pressing is applied at a temperature of approximately 160 °C. You can choose from several colors, including retro-reflecting colors for an increase in passive safety on your travels.

Material with High Tech technology OUTLAST®!

A special pocket for a mobile phone with technology x-Shield®!

Technology under the name Outlast Adaptive Comfort was developed originally in 1990 at NASA laboratories. This is a textile material with the content or layer of so-called Thermocool PCM, which regulates thermal body comfort. During movement energy is released which material made with Outlast® can absorb and store, then subsequently issue back in the form of heat at a time when the body has cooled down. This system eliminates extreme temperature, overheating of the organism and the subsequent feeling of cold. Also reduces perspiration and increases the overall comfort inside the suit.

The pocket is not only adapted to the shape and size of a mobile device, but also contains a special plate - x-Shield®, which consumes the electromagnetic radiation, generated by the use of the equipment and it is known that has an impact on health problems. X-Shield® was developed by the company Kufner Textilwerke GmbH, global manufacturer of materials with many years of experience in the development textile products.

The initial and the main purpose of any motowear is to protect. If you don‘t fit the protectors in places where they provide protection, the security is significantly reduced. When it comes to motowear the rule is, what is more precise protects you better. Consult your selection with your PSí vendor, who will give you professional advice to aid in your satisfaction. Don‘t worry, if your vendor shall recommend custom fitting, even though you shop for your regular clothes in standard sizes. Keep in mind, that for riding a motorcycle you’re exposed not only to weather, but you’re fellow road users, where you‘re up against the risk of accidents and unlike cars, with a hood and airbags, there’s only what you‘re wearing to protect you. Therefore the choice of motowear is so important, avoid the compromises, take the appropriate choice and it may mitigate the consequences of an accident.

Do you want to be original and special? Select a model of your wish. Choose a color, the signs, badges, pictures, logos....your vendor will create a proposal for you in a common drawing program so you can form an idea about how your clothes will look. Every day we make up to 15 individual design cuts which includes us in the worlds top of clothing design.

As a producer we‘re interested in your opinion, your knowledge and experience on the road ... You too can participate in the construction our motowear and make yourself and others ride on a motorcycle more pleasant. Thanks to the narrow link between stores, production your comments work fast to the get to place where they can affect production.

For production we use special software, which is constantly being developed, upgraded and perfected directly by the owner of the company PSí Hubík s.r.o., Mr. Libor Hubík. His experience as an active biker, previous competitor, talent for designing and technical overview which followed high technical education, in the field of engineering, gives PSí® motowear a unique dimension.

Pavel Partika, our customer and traveler, for example was involved in the development of a travelling kit. On 16.4.2010. he took the test jacket and trousers, and in a season in this kit ran 15 .000 km on a BMW R 1200 GS motorcycle. The destination of the year for him was Norway. On 13.10.2010 testing had been completed, and the dress was returned for examination. The knowledge we gained will be applied in practice.

Cleaning the product

For motowear to fulfill its function, your size has to fit. If during use of the product you significantly change your figure, it is necessary to adapt the garment to your current shape; otherwise it does not provide full protection. In such cases, it may be necessary to visit a PSí shop personally, where we can advise you and together decide, what with the product we can or can‘t do and what will be the best for you economically.

So the garment will serve you as long as possible, it is necessary to do regular maintenance. Normal and quick care during the season is wiping dirt with a damp cloth as soon as possible after a ride. In the case, that, during rides you have rain, it is necessary to dry clothes and then wipe with special leather balsam and for textiles use impregnating spray. After the season it is recommended that you do greater maintenance, thorough cleaning, as from the outside, so the inside of the clothing. As the producer we provide you with professional cleaning of our products, as well we can advise you, so that you can properly take care of your garment yourself.

Your measurements, which the vendor has stated on the custom sheet, are the basis for production. From these dimensions several dozens of other values are generated by the software system. Constructed basic network points shall be adjusted by the designer as specified in the order, so the cut is tailored as close as possible to the individual customer requirements in regards to the freedom of movement in the clothing, as to the purpose of use, etc... The production-style has to take into account the requested equipment. For example, if the customer selects a model from the regular collection and wishes to add just a neck guard or aka hump, for the constructor this can be up to a few hours to adjust the cut for this request.

The constructed design is installed into the software equipment of the cutter, where the staff shall ensure that they prepare the right material for the cutting of individual parts, which are automatically cut with the help of oscillating blades that achieve maximum accuracy. For your info, one product can have up to 200 parts, and require need up to 25 types of materials.

If the order contains requirements for a logo, writing, pictures, ... then these shapes are cut from leather by a laser beam with the help of a CO2 laser machine. Staff after cutting individual layers, transfer the foil to the skin, in accordance with the design by how many contours the sign, picture, or logo contains. This prepared piece is then given to the seamstress’s for sewing.

Linings and climate membranes are sewn by selected workers who have machines adjusted to such materials.

After the product is completed by the seamstress’s it arrives at an exit check, where workers clean, protect, and insert protectors. By signing they confirms that the product is in accordance with your order and forward it to dispatch.

It is important to us, that each customer has left satisfied. That‘s why we always recommend receiving clothing in specialized PSí® stores, where you have the possibility to test the garment on a motorcycle and to assess whether your clothes will be ready for your journey. In case that you have any comments, queries,..you’re vendor is experienced enough to offer you the best advice and in the case that your clothes still need to be adjusted, we send the product with the requirements to production to make an additional adjustment. In the shortest possible time your clothes are ready so, to grant your highest expectations.

Sewing final product After preparing all the components, the order gets sent to the seamstress’s, who assemble the product all together and so are responsible for the final product.
