The Beginning UÊ OBSTACLE COURSE – Set up a ‘course’ that is not in a straight line, and a second one in a mirror image of that one, e.g. run to first cone, turn left, weave in and out of cones, turn left at next cone, jump over the four bibs, run to far cone, turn left and touch next player’s hand (other group do reverse, i.e ‘turn right’). Can also be a race or a relay
