We welcome you to the 2025 Lower School Kindergarten - Second Grade Christmas Program, “The REAL Christmas Story”. We know you will enjoy our students as they help us celebrate the birth of our Savior. This morning you will experience our students as they use their God-given gifts and talents to bless us and help us share in the joy of the Christmas season. So please relax and take the time to reflect on this special event and on the true reason for the season - JESUS. On behalf of the entire lower school faculty and staff we wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Erika Winter Music Specialist
As the Producer and Music Director of the Lower School Christmas program, I would like to welcome you to our presentation. Our Lower School is blessed to provide a variety of opportunities for young children to learn, sing, play instruments, dance, and perform onstage. Kindergarten through Second Grade has come together to present an morning of music and dance to help usher you into the spirit of the Christmas season.
I would also like to thank Mr. and Mrs. Bob Holcomb for their contribution to today’s program in the K-2 production of “The REAL Christmas Story.” They are featured as the “Grandparents” in the Program, and are both Upper School Teachers at Providence.
Additionally, there is a small army of technical and production-minded folks working behind the scenes to make us look and sound our best. A heartfelt thanks to Mrs. Christine DeCastro and to our NHS students who are present serving as greeters. As well as Stephen Maynard for ensuring our stage, audio, and lighting is taken care of, Mr. Gamble and his crew of high schoolers to help film this production. “It takes a village…”
I do hope you enjoy our time together. My prayer is that the true meaning of Christmas is not lost in the hustle and bustle of the season. Gather together as a family. Start a new family tradition and read the “REAL” Christmas story from the Holy Bible in Luke 2:1-20. Let us all make room in our heart for Jesus this Christmas.
Merry Christmas!
- Erika Winter
Welcome............................................................................. Dr. Tim Anderson
The Lower School Music Department would like to personally thank the following people for all they have done to make our performance so special! First, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, for without His creative gifts being poured out on the Body of Christ, none of this would have been possible. To all those listed below who worked so hard to make this production a meaningful experience for our students and their families – we are extremely grateful. “THANK YOU!” to our founding church, New Life Christian Fellowship, and their talented production staff! We are forever grateful for the use of their sanctuary.
