Eventpix have worked with a number of ProVision members and will create a folio of imagery showcasing your practice, team and technology. Eventpix have photographers all around Australia in most cities.

Each job is quoted separately depending on the brief, location and number of staff members. As a guide they normally charge around $600 for the shoot.

Who are they?

DDM Communications is a unique service specialising in telephone recalls. David Moore is the founder and business manager working with a team of highly trained and experienced consultants including an Operations Manager, all responsible for making telephone recalls to lapsed patients.

Why should I use them?

DDM provides a personalised service, which specifically caters to the practice and patients needs. The recalls greatly increase the return of patients, with the aim to book an average of 32 consultations per month whilst clearing up the database and providing an extended level of service. They can determine the most effective and efficient structure for recalls, assisting with the best strategies for lapsed and current patient data.

DDM allows you to utilize their service without committing to a contracted time. They offer a detailed audit of the service provided after three months of working, allowing the practice to measure the exact success of the phone recall service.

Who are they?

Expr3ss! is a staff selection software system that has been in operation since 1999. It is a unique and practical staff selection system used by over 8,600 employers across a wide range of industries involving all job types.

Why should I use them?

ProVision uses this staff selection system when providing the recruitment service to our members. Last year ProVision recruited over 170 staff using this system. Some benefits of Expr3ss! are that it:

You will then receive a shortlist of candidates for you to interview and a detailed report on all recommended applicants.

Worries about staff and recruiting can be stressful! In that regard I am so thankful to ProVision who took so much of that stress away. The standard recruitment fee is 14% but for ProVision members the discounted rate is 7.5% Of the Gross Salary (including Superannuation) with a 2-month guarantee. Part time employment will be charged on a pro-rata basis.

Discounted placement rate of $9,900 + GST (discounted from $12,000 + GST) with a 3-month guarantee.
