thank you, Bruce. triplets Alexander, Aiden and Anastasia Ferguson are too young to know, but their dad is poised to guide them through one of childhood’s greatest challenges – sibling rivalry. Bruce Ferguson was born in Abington, pennsylvania as the fourth boy in a line-up of ten children. “that’s mine” was not in the family’s vocabulary! With values rooted in faith, family, hard work and competition, Bruce earned recognition as an eagle Scout, altar boy and athlete. Athletics gave him the opportunity to push himself both physically and mentally to the limit – competing and sometimes winning ultra-distance running, swimming and Ironman competitions. After graduating from the university of Wisconsin, he joined the public accounting firm Arthur Andersen, followed by ernst and Young as vice-president of human resources and exult as chief people officer. Bruce started i-hire in 2004 – his own recruitment process outsourcing firm. enter leza, a second-grade teacher and the love of his life. First date at thanksgiving 2004; engaged by April 2005; married in January 2006; triplets born in September 2008! Fortunately for providence little Company of Mary Foundation, Bruce has served as a trustee since 2004. And despite his new role as father-to-three, Bruce accepted the Chairman of the Board role in January 2009. With a faith matching the Sisters’ mission, Bruce says, “providence little Company of Mary is one of the few organizations dedicated to both quality of care and outreach to the poor and vulnerable. I am pleased to be a volunteer servant.”
