Community Health Fair Community Health Fair Saturday, June 23 10am – 1pm 1405/1425 N. Hunt Club Road, Gurnee Free and Fun for the Whole Family! Join us for our very first Community Health Fair. We have partnered with some great organizations in the local community to help make this event an exciting and funfilled experience. This event is for all ages and will be located between our medical office and the Advocate Centre Club in Gurnee, Illinois. Some of the events that will be available for your family to enjoy include:
