837-4201 Summer Portion of 12-month Program (Extended School Year)

A. 1:6:1, 1:8:1, 1:12:1, 15:1 (837.021)

This six-week (30 day) program is designed to continue the school year for students with disabilities who would experience substantial regression without the support of a summer program.

B. Extended School Year 1:1 Aide (837.121)

Supplementary personnel for individual students are available per district request. They provide assistance with health and self-care related areas and behavior management to support students in the least restrictive environment.

C. 1:1 Licensed Practical Nurse (837.221)

Licensed Practical Nurses for individual students are available per district request. A nurse is dedicated to all medical care of an individual student, as indicated by the needs in the student’s IEP. The nurse will remain with the student throughout the school day.

D. 1:1 Registered Nurse (837.321)

Registered Nurses for individual students are available per district request. A nurse is dedicated to all medical care of an individual student, as indicated by the needs in the student’s IEP. The nurse will remain with the student throughout the school day.
