A-1. Network Base Service (605.000)
Districts must participate in the Network Base Service. Centralized Service Desk is included in services based on participation level.

Base RWADA plus Base Flat or 54% of purchases, whichever is lower.
A-2. Regional Telecom Service (605.001)
The Regional Telcom Service provides redundant Wide Area Network (WAN) connectivity to districts from the GST BOCES RIC across the entire region. The service includes all purchasing, erate, monitoring, configuration and maintenance of all fiber connectivity and switches to support the service. The service also includes redundant internet access for district instructional and operational needs. Prerequisite for all services.
• Proposed Cost Methodology
Per end user device (admin, support staff, faculty, and student devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, iPads, Chromebooks, etc.), plus number of district connections (DEMARC), plus shared percentage of internet usage. Call for cost.

Managed IT Service (MITS) (605.002)
The Managed IT Service provides full management of all IT services, systems and technical support staffing at a school district. The service includes IT service development and planning with district administration, policy and procedure development, and coordination of IT projects, comprehensive technical support and service desk functions, service repairs, purchasing, budget development and training. This service includes the Server Support Service, the LAN Infrastructure Support Service, the FAX Service, all IT staffing and comprehensive management.
• Proposed Cost Methodology
Base RWADA, plus base flat, plus number of district computing devices connecting to the regional network, either wired or wirelessly, as of September 1.

A-4. LAN Infrastructure Service (605.003)
The LAN Infrastructure Service provides Local-Area Network (LAN) computer network connectivity within district buildings. The service includes all purchasing, erate, monitoring, configuration and maintenance of all fiber and copper connectivity and switches to support the service. This service also includes the management and configuration of the district wireless system including wireless controllers, access points, licensing, wireless management software, and provides appropriate levels of secure network access according to the type of user and mobile device.
This service is included in the Managed IT Service (605.002).

This service provides capability and access to network directory services, network stored user data, district application data, network file and printer sharing access, configuration and management of Office 365 services. This service is included in the Managed IT Service (605.002).
