November - BOCES Directors hold planning meetings with districts.
December - Districts submit Initial Requests for Services.
2024
January - Directors review 2024-2025 services with superintendent sub-committees.
February 6 - Review of preliminary budget by BOCES Board.
February - Preliminary budget review with component superintendents.
March 5 - Adoption of Cost Methodology for 2024-2025.
April 2 - Annual Meeting.
April 17 - Component Boards vote on Administrative budget.
May 2 - Districts make final commitment to BOCES for 2024-2025 services.
May 14 - BOCES Board adopts 2024-2025 budget.
June - A5-7 contracts sent to districts for signature.
