Chocolate bonbons Do you like chocolate? Well, that is the perfect recipe for you and the only ingredients you need are Nutella, a few hazelnuts, biscuits and chocolate wafers. First, grind the hazelnuts, the biscuits and the chocolate wafers separately, mix them with some Nutella and let it chill. Then, after about half an hour the mix is ready so you take it out and make bonbons. Finally, cover them with some grated hazelnuts or biscuits or if you want to you can melt some chocolate and decorate them!

Donuts This delicious recipe is easy and you can make it very quickly. You will need 350 gr. all-purpose flour, 100 gr. milk, 1 baking powder, 250 gr. sugar, a pinch of salt, 1 egg, 2 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of vanilla. First, put the flour, the baking powder, the sugar and the salt in the bowl and stir with a spoon. After, put the milk, the egg, the oil and the vanilla in the bowl and stir. Then, mix the liquid with solid in the bowl and beat well. Just done the pastry, flour the countertop and knead. With a cutter slice and fry 1-2 minutes from every side. Finally, sprinkle the donuts with sugar and cinnamon. Delicious!


Healthy burrito Ingredients:

1 teaspoon paste 1 egg 1 teaspoon rapeseed oil 50g cabbage 7 cherry tomatoes cut in half or thinly sliced avocado 1 tortilla Implementation: STEP 1 Whisk the chipotle paste with the egg and a little spice in a jug. Heat the oil in a large pan, add the cabbage and tomatoes. STEP 2 Cook until the cabbage withers and the tomatoes are soft and then press everything to the side of the pan. Put the beaten egg in the cleaned half of the pan and mix. Place everything in the center of your wrapper, filling the avocado and then wrap it and eat it. Enjoy it!!!

Orange cake

This fantastic recipe is very easy and you don’t need plenty of time in order to make it. You will need: 2 cups of flour, 1 cup of sugar, 3 eggs,1 cup of olive oil,1 cup of orange juice, a little orange zest, 1 baking powder and 1 vanilla. First, put all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix them in order to have a solid mixture. Next, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put some oil and flour in a cake mould and put the solid mixture into it. Then, frizz the cake to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.


Finally, turn the cake inside out and put some powdered sugar and orange slices on it. Delicious!

Easy Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce This recipe is quick and easy but tastes like Italian dinner. We all could not stop eating it. You will need spaghetti, tomato sauce, parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. First, fill a pot with cold water and bring to a boil. Next, add salt and spaghetti. After cooking the spaghetti, drain it. Return the pot to medium heat and add olive oil, 4 garlic cloves and oregano, if you like. Cook for 20 seconds, stirring constantly. Then, turn off the heat and add drained pasta, tomato sauce, salt, pepper. Stir gently until warm. Finally, serve it with Parmesan cheese. This is the most delicious spaghetti I have tasted!

Cherry chocolate rum cake This recipe is easy to make and it is ideal for your Christmas table. You will need 500g cherries, 250g all purpose flour, 250g sugar, 240g butter, 6 eggs, 9tbsp rum, 150g chocolate (chopped), 1 vanilla bean, 4tbsp cocoa powder, 3tbsp cornstarch, 3tsp baking powder, 1tsp cinnamon, 200ml red wine, 1tbsp water and salt.


First, preheat oven to 170C. Beat eggs until foamy. Slowly add in most of the sugar and beat until it is fluffy and pale. Now add in seeds of the vanilla bean and most of the rum and melted butter. Beat until well combined. Next, in a large bowl, mix flour, cocoa, powder, some cornstarch, baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Then, add dry ingredients to the mixture and beat until a smooth batter forms. Add chopped chocolate and beat to combine. Now, carefully fold in two thirds of the drained cherries. Next, transfer the batter into a greased baking pan. Smooth out the top and bake in the oven for approximately 60 minutes until fully set. Finally, caramelize remaining sugar in a pan, add the remaining cherries and the rum. Then, stand back and flambe. Add red wine and let simmer for a few minutes until the alcohol has evaporated. In the meantime, dissolve remaining cornstarch in some water. Add mixture to the sauce until it is thickened to desired consistency. Serve hot cherries on top of a piece of the cake and add some confectioner’s sugar to liking.

Holiday Cinnamon-Sugar Cookies This recipe is one of my favorites! These cookies are so easy and so delicious at the same time! They are perfect for a coffee, a hot chocolate or even an afternoon snack!!! The ingredients are so simple and I’m pretty sure everyone has them in their house! • 5 tbsp. of softened butter • ¾ cup of white sugar • 1 medium sized egg • 1 tbsp. of vanilla extract

1 2/3 cups of all purpose flour 1 teaspoon of baking powder ¼ teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

And that’s all about the ingredients… simple right? Now let’s say the implementation! • First, get a mixer and beat the butter with the sugar until it becomes creamy. • Next, add the egg and the vanilla extract into the mixture. • In another bowl, mix the flour, the salt and the baking powder and after that, slowly add the powders into the other mixture until it becomes a dough. • After that, wrap the dough with plastic wrap and keep it in the fridge for two hours. • Next, form the dough into 17 even biscuits. • Bake in the oven in 350oC for 9-10 minutes, until the edges start to get brownish. • Before storing them, they should be completely cool Nutrition: 52 calories per serving (one biscuit).
