About Us For The Producer… Westcountry Direct are a dedicated trade only distribution business with the primary purpose of building a distribution network throughout the South West for our amazing food and drink producers. We care passionately about getting your product to new and exciting markets as well as your existing outlets, but we also understand that the smaller producer neither has a sales and marketing or distribution team, which means sales and production often have a conflict of interests. Westcountry Direct was created to bridge this gap. We can support you in a number of ways, we can market and promote your business, extend your market coverage. We can adopt your existing deliveries affording you the time to do what you do best….produce great products. We can also offer various value added services from pallet storage, stock holding to fulfilment as well as local and national distribution.
For the retailer… Westcountry Direct can supply a fantastic range of locally sourced, award winning products from all regions of the Westcountry. Our range is ever expanding and we are continually looking for products that need support and more importantly….look and taste great. By consolidating your orders through Westcountry Direct we can help in the Green Mile promotion and reducing your carbon footprint. We have a sensible, nominal minimum charge for FREE delivery. We pride ourselves on our customer service and quick deliveries. We can take your orders 24 hrs a day and will usually delivery within two days. Our website makes it even easier to for you to order online with a range of payment methods including PayPal. It doesn’t matter where you are in the UK, we can deliver to you safely and securely. We believe that everyone should benefit from the great producers of the Westcountry. We supply to everyone from the small independent retailer to the National Trust, large hotel groups and everyone in between. We minimise the number of retail outlets in small towns, so the products aren’t replicated on your door step. We do not supply to multiples or supermarkets.
For the Food Service… This year we have introduced a food service range, this means that your customers can enjoy the great products that we offer to the retailer. We can offer large catering tubs of most of our range, and where we can’t we will either arrange an alternative or ask the producer to do so.

We offer a weekly run to Bath, Bristol & Cheltenham. Also a bi-weekly run to London. Zone 1 up to & including Gloucester (Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Dorset, Bristol, Bath & Avon) Minimum order of £100 for free delivery £6.95 for all other. Zone 2 up to and including Scotland but excluding Highlands & Islands. £250 minimum order for free delivery £8.95 for all other Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland. Please ask for quote. Prices assume a 20kg consignment.

Get Fruity Davina has always loved working with food, her first memories where baking with her mum on the farm. Since then Davina has had a successful career of 15 years working for global brands, developing and launching new products. Chimans Chiman's was founded in 1990 by Chimanlal Agarwal. Chiman, originally from Bombay, settled in the South-West of England in Barnstaple, Devon, where he bought a shop to sell natural foods to the local community. While in the shop, he started blending spices together in small sachets and sold them with recipes for his own Indian meals printed on the back.
