WELCOME Well its been an interesting time since our previous magazine. Here in the Westcountry we have experienced once of our best summers with tourists flocking to the region to enjoy the superb beaches scenery and moorland that we benefit from. All of these things contribute to why so many people look to relocate to the region or buy holiday or investment homes here. Of course we have also had the Brexit Vote and I guess whatever your views we must embrace the changes that are coming. What has been a surprise is how strong and resilient the property market in the region has remained. Indeed many of our agents have had the best months of the year for both sales and rentals since the outcome of the referendum was known. I guess though its not totally surprising as the region still remains excellent value for money, employment levels are high and we look out the window every days to see the countryside river or sea views that we love!
